When there are the following defects, thepulleyshould be scrapped and replaced:
1). Wall thickness wear amount of the pulley rope groove reaches 20% of the original thickness;
2). Radial wear amount of the pulley rope groove bottom is more than 50% of the rope diameter or uneven wear more than 3mm;
3). Cast iron pulleys with serious crack and break;
4). Pulley rim with serious damage;
5). There are other defects of the pulley damage to wire rope.
