Bridge crane overhaul includes:
Mechanical part: Break down all the mechanisms, including reducer, coupling, drum set, wheel set and extract devices, etc., replace the parts which should be scrapped, re-assemble and lubricate after cleaning. Replace the wire rope and brake.
Electrical part: Break down the motor, then drying, assemble and lubricate. Replace the damaged motor, the brake open unit, damaged controller, repair or replace the protection cabinet, replace all line connection, re-wiring installation, replace lighting signal system control board.
Metal structure part: Correct and consolidate the main beam which appears deflection and lateral bending, clean the entire crane and painting antirust paint twice.
